The more products (both physical and digital) we add to our daily lives, the more usability issues await to be discovered and resolved. My favorite part of the design process is discovering and working on issues (I call them opportunities) that people weren’t even aware of to make daily tasks easier and more enjoyable for everyone.
Combining design thinking with business strategy, my design philosophy focuses on increasing shareholder value, while facilitating continuous product evolution to be in touch with current trends and changing user needs.
