Bringist Panel: Optimizing Global Shipping Costs by Consolidating Packages

International shoppers often face high costs and limited access when buying from Turkish retailers. Two primary pain points were identified:

Fragmented Shipping Costs: Paying separate international shipping fees and duties for every individual order is prohibitively expensive.
Geographical Restrictions: Many retailers do not offer international shipping, making their products inaccessible to global customers.
Volumetric Waste: Original retailer packaging is often unnecessarily bulky, leading to higher shipping costs based on package volume.

I designed the Bringist Dashboard to give users full control over their Turkish purchases through a "Consolidation-as-a-Service" model:

Virtual PO Box: Users receive a unique shipping address and ID to use at any Turkish retailer, effectively bypassing shipping restrictions.
Visual Inventory Management: As packages arrive, Bringist unpacks and photographs items, providing users with immediate visual confirmation within their dashboard.
Smart Consolidation: A feature-rich interface allows users to select multiple arrived packages and merge them into a single, optimized shipment.

The UX focus was on providing "peace of mind" for items located thousands of miles away:

The "Arrival-to-Ship" Workflow: Designed a status-driven dashboard that clearly communicates the lifecycle of the packages.
Inventory Control: Developed a photo-first UI so users can inspect item quality and verify their orders before the expensive international leg of the journey begins.

By shifting from individual shipments to a consolidated hub model, we achieved:

Market Expansion: Successfully unlocked 100% of Turkish online retailers for international users, regardless of the seller’s shipping policy.
